If someone twisted your arm behind your back to break it, which bone actually breaks?

In brief: Twisted arm

It is actually very difficult to break a bone by twisting someone's arm. The common injury would be a sprain or ligament tear, usually to the elbow joint, possibly to the wrist as well.
Only if a person had brittle bones like in osteoporosis or osteogenesis imperfecta, would a broken bone occur.
