Consistent head aches dizziness and numbness in face. Increased heart rate yesterday and could it be stroke?

It is possible. Head pain symptoms, dizziness, numbness or other sensory disturbances are all potential symptoms of stroke. Many other conditions are also possible, such as infections, shingles, anxiety/panic, cardiovascular, and other neurologic but non stroke causes. This set of symptoms would be recommended to be promptly evaluated by a physician so that neurologic, lab, and imaging evaluation can be done.
No stroke. Probable migraines which can sometimes cause vertigo also in addition to numbness.
