In brief: INDOOR ALLERGIES
The most common indoor allergies are to dust mites, insects(cockroach, asian lady beetles, ) mold spores (especially with water leaks), and animals (cat, dogs, rodents, birds, etc.
..) . Rarely folks can become allergic to reptiles also. Any of these, if exposed, could become a problem. Stay away from your house for a week. If you improve then see evaluation for allergy testing.
