Husbands blood creatinine level is 1.18, reference range is ( 0.50-1.20 mg/dl). Bun/cre ratio is 11.0, range is (10-20 ). Is there anything to be concerned about here?

In brief: No Need to Worry

Blood creatinine and bun/cre ratio are measures of kidney function and fluid balance in the body.
These numbers are well within range of normal. Of course you should speak with your physician if you have concerns. Clinical correlation to any disorders is the key. If your husband is well, then there is no need to worry. The kidneys are working fine.

In brief: No, none

This is a normal creatinine level.
So unless he has some urinary probelm, i would advise nothing further to be done. Serum creatinie of course is not a perfect test as there can be some impairment of the kidney function even with a near normal creatinie level.
