My resting pulse is in the 60s to low 70s. 2 hours after intense exercise, my resting pulse can be in the high 80's to low 90s. Is this a concern?

In brief: Not dangerous

A pulse in the 80's-low 90's is not in and of itself dangerous, but it's not what i'd expect 2 hours after exercise.
You should be back to resting pulse. See your doc to evaluate, esp if additional symptoms like fatigue, weakness, anxiety.
