In brief: Citrus/Ginger

Remedies other than traditional medicines include foods, pressure points and some vitamins.
Ginger has been shown to aid in the relief of nausea as has both the taste and aroma of citrus fruits. Wrist bands used for sea sickness and accupuncture have also provided relief for some. Last, 25 mg of vitamin B6 taken 3-4 times a day may help with nausea and vomiting as well.
