In brief: Refracture is poss--

Ibility but generally that would have associated pain as well.
I would report to your orthopod and get an xray.

In brief: Perhaps

Having no pain is obviously very good.
If you are even having mild pain or aching, you should have the foot re x-rayed. Swelling otherwise can be normal.

In brief: Foot pain

If you're not having pain, that's a good sign.
Swelling may be from healing process or overuse. Try rest, ice, compression and elevation. Pain should be your guide, but if you have problems with pain perception, then you should get it checked out again by your doctor.
