There is absolutely no known toxicity from folic acid.
It is far better to have high levels than low. This just means you have more in your blood than most people but, again, this is not harmful in any way and will protect your baby from birth defects.

Dr. Baker is right. This is evidence of a healthy lifestyle. "Reference range" (where most couch-potatoes fall) doesn't really mean "healthy range."
