In brief: Healthy lifestyle

You are most likely to reach your tallest potential height by following a healthy diet, getting appropriate sleep and remaining physically active.
There are no exercises that specifically increase height. Football doen not increase or stunt growth.Nothing you eat or drink will add inches. You can stunt your growth by the opposite, poor diet/sleep/inactivity can all take a toll.

In brief: No

Football will not stunt growth.
Most growth plates close around 16-18 so i don't think u will get much taller. Nothing u can eat will increase ur height. Only growth hormone will help.

Prior to considering growth hormone therapy, consult with a pediatrician or pediatric endocrinologist to determine if this is a safe and necessary treatment. The use of growth hormone is generally reserved for individuals with a documented growth deficiency per their pediatrician.
