Most likely your gas is related to your diet
If you notice gas happens after certain foods, try to avoid those foods. If you frequently have cramping, pain or diarrhea
, you should consult your physician. Gi problems including celiac disease
or lactose intolerance
are not that uncommon. You may wish to avoid dairy foods for an interim. Wolfing food - eating very fast - my also contribute. Bno.
