Could I live a normal life without pain if I have consistent pain in shoulders due to fibro. Could I live without pain. I need yr help...?

Yes. It is possible to manage the pain of fibromyalgia. There are medications and therapies available while can accomplish a lot, if you tolerate them. These have to be prescribed after an evaluation with your doctor. It is worth looking into.
Pain Control ! If you are suffering from mainly shoulder pain, then fibromyalgia is probably not the underlying cause. Don't assume it is and get the neck and shoulders themselves checked out. If your pain is truly coming from fibromyalgia, then the best you can ever hope for is control of your symptoms. Fibromyalgia has no really good treatment and meds to manage the symptoms is the best you can hope for.
