Stop Rx, keep dry. Stop the imiquimod (Aldara®) until the ulcer heals. Probably best to also stop for the other warts as well. Keep the area clean and dry (soap and water washing, perhaps corn starch in underwear for a few days). Serious infection and sepsis are extremely rare in this setting, not a serious worry.
