I stubbed my toe about a month ago and it bruised and the bruise was raised. Now the bruise is hard and last night it started peeling. There is no blood. What should I do?

In brief: Toe bruise

Having a bruise after an injury is common but continued pain after one month may not be.
I'd recommend to off-load the area at this time until a physician sees it and get an x-ray.

In brief: Toe Bruised

It is possible you fractured the toe and developed a hematoma or a collectin of blood under the skin.
Peeling is from trauma to the skin is my guess.
