In brief: Worry not
This is why annual physical exams and being current on screening tests is important.
In general minor aches & pains that go away are not cancer. Unexplained weight loss, bleeding, masses that enlarge are more concerning, but cancer can be very subtle too. Follow your doctors advise, eat a healthy diet and live an active lifestyle to reside your risk. And yes, no smoking please - it's not cool.

In brief: Do the basics
In addition to dr. Gupta's excellent suggestion, why are you so worried about this issue? Are there other concerns that both you? Perhaps once you have your yearly physical checkup, you could also have a psychiatric checkup.

In brief: Cancer worry
Not a good way to live, always worrying.
Fortunately, cancer doesn't develop overnight, takes a series of mutations and cellular malfunctions, and is much less likely if you don't smoke and achieve ideal body weight.
