In brief: Zoloft to Wellbutrin (bupropion)

As long as monitored by your prescribing doctor. Both are decent antidepressants & tolerated well at therapeutic doses.

In brief: That depends.

First off any changes in pyschotropic medications should be done under physician supervision.
Wellbutrin (bupropion) is outstanding for atypical depression. Zoloft is very good for typical depression & anxiety disorders. So the question is whether your sx complex is likley to respond to wellbutrin (bupropion).
