Lost 28lbs on 30 day hCG diet, day 11 in p4. Gained 12lbs w/abd distention (3.5") in last 10 days. Maintaining 1200 cal low carb diet. Causes?

It can cause blood clots and serious depression. I recommend stopping hcg. Increasing exercise is a good way to get over a weight loss plateau.
