I'm 31yo male with BMI 27.1. Walking for at least 30 mnts a day, vegetarian having small potions wt little fat n sweet; any suggestions how to loose?

Step it up. Maybe instead of walking you could jog, or bike, or dance every other day. You need to change up your routine since you aren't losing weight. Make sure you aren't drinking extra calories. Drink zero calorie drinks, water preferred.
