In brief: Cholestyramine.
There are several bile acid binders such as Cholestyramine that might help.

In brief: Better than medicine
Lifestyle/diet modifications can control reflux better than meds.
Reflux meds change the character of fluid in the stomach but cannot stop that fluid from refluxing into the esophagus and throat. Elevating the head of your bed (on blocks placed under the feet of the frame - 6 inches), following a reflux diet and avoiding lying down on a full stomach are best. In brief: Biliary reflux
There aren't very many good options for non-acid and/or biliary reflux.
Gaviscon is an otc product that often helps. Eating smaller more frequent meals is also helpful.
