Treatment for non obstructing 2.25 CM kidney stone in upper pole of right kidney? Could the stone be causing abdominal & upper leg pain? Headache?

Probably not. A non-obstructing stone may cause blood in the urine but should not be causing pain especially headache or thigh pain. Theoretically a large kidney stone that is not obstructing might cause some pain. Generally that would be back pain or flank pain rather than abdominal pain. I recommend you discuss with your physician the radiology report generated by the radiologist.
