I have a postnasal drip of many decades. I've been taking 80mg aspirin as a preventive for possible esophageal cancer. Should I do this daily?

In brief: Esophageal CA & ASA

I am sorry but I do not understand the relation of PND and esophageal cancer.
There have been studies suggesting a protective association of Aspirin and esophageal cancer. The risks of Aspirin therapy such as bleeding and ulcer formation should be weighed against the benefits.
