As a result of being at computer for 9 hours/day, I have developed patterns of muscle tightness/twisting, what is best way to fix, no time for yoga?

Computer Problems. Sometimes you have to do things you don't have time to do. You need to take more breaks and get a better chair. Stretching may help if done through out the day.
Muscle fatigue. Muscle fatigue can quickly be relieved with hot bath and advil or aleve (naproxen).
