I have a regimen that I have found to be very effective for neuropathy: 1) alpha lipoic acid 300 mg 2-3 x / day 2) B-complex 1 tab daily 3) magnesium glycinate 300 mg, 2 X /day 4) Cod liver oil, FLAVORED (omega 3 fatty acids) 1 TBS daily You should start to notice improvement in 30 days
