In brief: CO2 laer

Co2 laser or electro-surgery can get rid of those.
But they tend to reoccur.

In brief: Sebaceous hyperplasi

The treamtent depends on the extent.
For a few simple isolated lesions, curettage may be an expedient, effications and inexpensive method of treatment. More extensive lesions may benefit from the laser.

In brief: Electrodessication

In my experience, these clumps of overactive oil glands are best treated with electrodessication.
The area is numbed with local anesthetic and then the electric needle is used to painlessly burn away the tissue that sticks up above the surface. This leaves little if any scar and the patient recovers very quickly.

In brief: Surgery

If the hyperplasia is in the form of a cyst which is most common, surgery under local anesthesia can be done to excise or remove.
