In brief: Medications
Need to bring up the medications and determine if they may be a problem as well asthe depression.
You said ptsd and chronic pain. There pain medicine that interact with antideopressants and vice versa. Drug interactions with these medication needs to be addressed as the excessive sleeping could be due to these effects . Address with the physiicain the meds , interactions lab tests especially nh4.

In brief: Testosterone?
If you are a male, have you have your testosterone checked? Pain, depresion and opioids all drive testosterone down.
