At night I can't sleep because I have bad restless leg syndrome. What can I do to help it not be so bad?

Rls. Consultation with neurologist might help. Most respond to meds.
Possibly RLS. If you are experiencing restless legs syndrome (rls) that is causing sleep disruption, please see a sleep medicine specialist to determine if it is truly RLS and to adequately treat it.
