I have insomnia. Tried everything trazadone remeron (mirtazapine) syriquil ect now on clonazepam it works well but am afraid it wont worklong-term. Anysuggestions?

Ali, I am offering some aromatherapy info. Aromatherapy can help to promote deeper sleep and to increase sleep time. Lavender, chamomile & ylang-ylang essential oils are beneficial.
