I still have no control over urination a month after prostate surgery. Is this normal? Will my condition improve with time?

In brief: May improve
Most of these slowly improve with time, up to a few months, but, significant % remain incontinent. Incontinence after surgery for BPH (benign) will not improve. You might be a candidate for an artificial urinary sphincter if incontinence persists - this is best performed by an experienced implanter.

In brief: Cancer surgery ?
There are different types of prostate surgeries.
For cancer, radical prostatectomy removes the entire gland and it make take weeks to months to regain control. Other prostate procedures can result in control issues, but usually resolve in weeks not months... Without specific procedure..Hard to tell.
