Probiotics do not enter the blood stream, they stay in the GI tract.
So they should have no effect on the fetus. And the bacteria in the probiotic should not cause trouble in the vaginal area. If you're concerned, consult your OB during your next visit and let them know what you're taking. You should of course do that anyways.
