I have a rupture burst fracture at the t-12 2 0f 3 layers of bone are gone and bone fragments are all over do you suggest surgery fearing piercing?

Burst fractures can lead to spinal cord injury. If you have normal nerve function, you may have time for a second opinion to help you figure this out; however, if you are experiencing worsening neurological symptoms, then surgery will almost certainly be your best course.
