In brief: Indirectly

Hemochromatosis cases enlargement of the wart muscle causing failure of the large chambers of the heart known as ventricles.
You can end up with congestion of the lungs known as pulmonary edema. Hemochromatosis can also cause high pressure to build up in the lungs known as pulmonary hypertension. These are the two main ways lungs are affected in the disease.

In brief: Usually not

Typically the effects are seen in the liver, heart, endocrine organs, skin, etc.
Deposits in the lung have been anecdotally reported in the medical references though extremely rare.
