In brief: Ok

Try saline nasal spray, nasal decongestants, benydryl will also help dry the drippy nose up, sleep with your head propped up slightly so your not aspirating ( leaking into the lungs) on the snot which is causing your cough and i would not be surprised if you had a slight sore throat from post nasal drip.

In brief: Treatment...

See your doctor as there are prescription nasal sprays that can help with this problem. You could also try salt water nasal spray for temporary relief.

In brief: Probably allergy

Trial of nonsedating antihistamines, i.
e., otc Claritin (loratadine) or zyrtec with some environmental control measures such as frequent vacuumming of rooms, limiting humidity below 60% will be the first step. If no improvement is experienced, consultation with your primary care doctor would be advised.
