Low pulse rate. I am 37. Not in great shape. At rest it gets. Down in the low 50s bpm. Should i be concerned?

In brief: Sign of health

Actually, even though you consider yourself to be not in great shape, the slow pulse suggests you're better than you think.
Heartrate is regulated by need and during rest, a slow hr is entirely normal so long as your metabolic need is normal as yours obviously is. A rapid resting rate is much more ominous.
