In brief: Checked how?
Right back, flank pain and abdominal pain may be due to a number of gastrointestinal problems, as well as kidney issues.
Gallbladder, liver, duodenal, colon problems can present that way. Rarely referred pain from pelvic/gyn organs can manifest that way too. Don't know what evaluation you had. Talk with your doc to see if above issues were considered, checked.

In brief: Many possibilities
Pain on one side of back may be one problem, abdominal pain, another. Or the same problem could be causing both.
Either way, many possibilities. Pain in the back usually does not turn out to be kidney, especially if it is sharp and dull. Kidney stone is very painful usually and radiates around to same side of lower abdomen, maybe into groin. Abdominal pain can be a hundred things. C your gp.
