Im 20.My back always hurts and i haven't done anything strenuous. What is wrong?How can I improve pain without meds. I'm not pregnant or overweight.

Need to be more proactive in terms of daily exercise program in terms of flexibility & cardio along with core strengthening while limiting prolonged positioning especially sitting which generates 4 times body weight across the discs of the lower back .
