I have pain in my tailbone, right hip and just below my knee. I don't think i ever hurt them. Can they be somehow related to bone cancer?

In brief: Unlikely

Bone cancer is exceedingly rare.
That being said if the pain is persisted you should be seen and evaluated by a primary health care provider.
