Hard beating heart, tiredness, I have anxiety. But lately I have those symptoms with no panic feeling. Smoking cigs makes it much worse. Serious?

In brief: It depends
It takes a visit to your doctor to know if this is serious.
A lot of factors need to be considered, including whether this has happened before, your age, what other conditions you may have, your medication. Nothing compares to a visit with a doctor to sort out whether or not this is something to be concerned about.

The nicotine in cigarette smoke is a potent cardiac stimulant. It makes most heart symptoms worse. You should surely try to avoid any further exposure and have your symptoms checked as noted.

In brief: Palpitations
You are most probably having premature heart beats which can be exacerbated by smoking, drinking coffee, or excess alcohol.
Some people are more sensitive to these stimulants than others, and people like you should avoid them altogether, before it becomes more serious.
