In brief: May need Medication
If you have tried dr bryant's suggestions and are loosing weight or just down right felling horrible, you may need a prescription medication from your doctor. The american college of obgyn suggest trying 50 mg of b6 with or without 1/2 tablet of unisom every 5 hours.
This is as close to the old medication bendectin as can be and is the # 1 rx in the world for morning sickness!

In brief: Nausea of pregnancy
Morning sickness is the reaction your body has to Hcg (pregnancy hormone).
Some ppl get the same reaction to TSH if they're hyperthyroid. You can start getting nauseous at 4 wks, w/ peak symptoms at 6wks, usually stopping by mid-2nd trimester. Natural remedies are ginger (tea/candy), vit B6. Rx: Metoclopramide/Reglan, hydroxyzine, benadryl, phenergan, (promethazine) and zofran are all good methods to try.
