Unlikely. While you can get pituitary hormone abnormalities with tumors of the gland, your symptoms most likely have a source outside of the head.
I have extreme fatigue, and lately I have been getting headaches. Right now I have one so bad that it hurts to move eyes and pain relievers don't help possible pituitary tumor?
Could my 7 months of fatigue, headaches, low testosterone/eye pressure & earaches be due to pituitary tumor? Aren't they generally not life threatening
YES AND NO. The most common pituitary tumors tend to be benign but can affect hormones and sometimes need to be removed if they get too big.
