For women who are diabetics, what are some tips for controlling blood sugar and cravings during menopause?

Control cravings. For diabetics, eating a low glycemic diet can not be overemphasized. Type ii diabetics have Insulin resistance which is worsens with weight gain, increase in body fat and the progression of diabetes. All veggies are fine except potatoes/corn, fruits are good except tropical fruits and melons due to the sugar, eat whole grains and avoid processed food.
