In brief: Ringing ear.

My first thought meniers.
There are so many inner ear conditions too many to mention. First thing to do is get the correct diagnosis and this may require several tests. Because of these very rough symptoms you should be willing to follow through with all tests and recommendations. See a qualified otolaryngologist . They are medical specialists/surgeons who can help you. Good luck.

In brief: Why not Menier's???

I will presume this has not been fully worked up.
Suggest complete checkup with certified internist; complete blood testing, including cbc, cmp, tsh, free t4, esr, cardiocrp, lipid panel; neurologic and ENT consultations; brain imaging, specifically a brain MRI with contrast that includes internal auditory canals (iac). If all this is normal, perhaps a trial of a rx med Clonazepam (klonopin).
