Recently my son has been having problems breathing at night. I believe his nostrils are swell cause nothing comes out. Wat should I do?

In brief: Nasal congestion

The first thing to do is try some nasal saline.
This is just salt water. There are saline drops available in any drug store. This can help with congestion and if nasal mucous is dry, this helps loosen it up so that you can possibly gently suction it out with a bulb syringe.
