I am on oxygen and have problems with my nose stuffing up.. I have saline nose drops but doesn't seem to help much... Night time is the worst for me.

In brief: Is it humidified?

Should have (or be able to get) an in-line humidifer for your oxygen cannula, especially to use at night, which should substantially improve your symptoms.
Can also intermittently use afrin type nasal spray (not more than once a day) -or- can move prongs of nasal cannula into your mouth, particularly if tend to mouth-breathe at rest/sleep.
