In brief: Pelvic pain
The pain that you are experiencing could be from the cyst.
If the pain is not disabling it is prudent to observe it and repeat the ultrasound in a few weeks especially if it is done after a period. Frequent urination could be a sign of a UTI or an overactive bladder which could also cause pelvic pain. You need to follow up with your doctor.

In brief: UTI
Sounds like you may have a urinary tract infection.
Do you have burning when you urinate. If so, i would recommend calling your doctor. But, you might also have something called endometriosis, which can cause some of your symptoms. You can discuss that with your doctor at your next visit.
