What equivalent dose of propranolol ER to replace 5 mg bystolic (nebivolol). Do you need to wean off bystolic (nebivolol) if you are moving to propranolol er. ? Thanks.

There is no definite equivalent dose.
5 mg of bystolic (nebivolol) is a fairly low dose and would like be equivalent to 20 or 40 mg in propanolol la. Both are beta blockers, so there is no need to wean. You can switch directly from one to the other.
