Many women have a definite pain with ovulation.
It is called "mittleschmertz" (sp). Most women can recognize it and are reassured. Others have distress over this and the pain is different in each person. There can be some bleeding with ovulation and sometimes it is significant enough to cause pain and further evaluation. If you have problems or concerns, see your gyn.
