In brief: If otherwise ok

Pvcs by themselves are not contraindications to exercise.
If you have frequent pvcs, see your physician for a history and physical to make sure there is no underlying cause or structural heart disease first.

In brief: Depends

Pvcs are not, in themselves, dangerous.
What's important is the underlying condition of your heart. If you're healthy, exercise might actually make the pvcs go away. If, for example, you're having a heart attack, pvcs are very bad. You need a checkup, if it hasn't already been done. (ps, pvcs always arise in one of the ventricles but then spread to involve the other ventricle in all cases).

In brief: PVC

To know for sure, you should do an exercise test to see if the pvc's increase or decrease with exercise.
Benign pvc's usually suppress with exercise as the heart rate goes up.
