Husband 57, haematuria june july 2011, ultrasound prostate & urinary, cystoscopy, biopsy, CT abdomen, urovysion, showed normal, haematuria again now.?

May need re-check. The first question is whether or not this gross or microhematuria. If it is goss hematuria, then it could be the prostate or something else that was undetected during the first evaluation. In addition, it is also worthwhile to have urovysion or fish test done to see if there are cells in the urine with abnormal dna suggesting the possible presence of a bladder cancer.
Likely nothing. Microscopic hematuria usually turned out to be nothing. You should see your urologist to determine if a workout needs to be performed. Repeat ultrasound or ct may be needed.
