I currently have constipation. What are some natural remedies I can do to fix this? Also what can I do to always maintain a healthy bowel movement?

Water. Fluids is key! and of course a high fiber diet. If you eat high fiber, and have limited amount of water, you may still be constipated. Apples, pears, brocolli, beans, brans, cabbage, cauliflower, kale... Good amount of fruits and veges and plenty of water. Not tea, diet beverages, sodas, milk but pure water.
