One way is to practice the skill over and over both in actuality and in your mind.
Many decades ago, i practiced my gymnastic routines in my head over & over plus attended relentless practices. As result, by the time of competitions - every thing was rote in my head. The only anxiety i was experiencing was performance enhancing. Good luck.
