In brief: Many

An increased TSH means you do not have enough thyroid hormone circulating & being used.
This is hypothyroidism. Symptoms are many. Tiredness, depression, dry skin, constipation, edema of legs, weight gain, deepening of voice, change in texture of hair, menstrural irregularities, decreased stamina and many many more. If this is the case, see your pcp or endocrinologist & get examined and treated.

In brief: Fatigue, weight gain

A high TSH can indicate hypothyroidism but must be interpreted in the context of a free T4 level to determine clinical significance.
Symptoms of hypothyroidism include change in voice, feeling cold when others aren't, constipation, hair loss, puffiness, fatigue, weight gain, dry skin and brittle nails, irregular menstrual cycles, muscle aches, and depression.
